18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

DeepNude (deepnude.online) is designed for fictional, AI-generated adult imagery. The current user-facing generator accepts text prompts for private image generation only. It does not accept user reference media, file uploads, image-to-prompt uploads, video requests, Agent requests, or public user generations.

This notice is not a blanket conclusion that 18 U.S.C. § 2257, another record-keeping rule, or any other law never applies. Applicability depends on the facts, content, operation, and jurisdiction. We do not treat a checkbox, user representation, payment, AI label, or this notice as a substitute for independent legal duties.

No Real Performers

This platform is not intended to host, produce, or distribute depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct involving real human performers. Deepfakes, face swaps, real-person impersonation, celebrity or public-figure likenesses, non-consensual content, and any content involving or suggesting minors are prohibited. Prompts are reviewed before provider use and outputs are reviewed before delivery; review failure blocks delivery.

Age and Access Controls

Adult features require a current provider-backed age-assurance assertion where the service is offered. We do not collect payment-card screenshots, full identity documents, or selfies through the generator, support inbox, or complaint form. Unknown or unreviewed jurisdictions are blocked by default.

Record-Keeping and Launch Review

We retain minimized age-assurance, moderation, audit, and removal-case records as described in our Privacy Policy. If qualified counsel determines that performer-identification, record-keeping, labelling, reporting, or other obligations apply to a proposed feature or content class, that feature must remain unavailable until the required process is implemented and approved. Production launch also requires the applicable age-assurance and output-safety provider arrangements plus written acquiring-bank/card-network approval for the actual merchant model.

Reporting Concerns

If you believe content depicts or targets a real person, involves a minor, is non-consensual, or otherwise violates law or policy, use the public Content Removal Process. No login, purchase, or age check is required. Do not send intimate source files, identity documents, selfies, or payment-card images. We restrict and investigate valid reports, preserve only what is legally appropriate, and escalate or report where required by applicable law and our reviewed safety procedures.
