Current DeepNude Prompt-Only Controls — 2026-07-12

This notice takes priority over any conflicting legacy feature description on this page. The current service is prompt-only text-to-image: it has no user-media upload, video generation, Agent workflow, or user public publishing. Every generation is a private draft.

Creating or downloading a generation, starting checkout, or accessing adult media requires a valid 18+ age-assurance result from a contracted third party. Do not send DeepNude credit-card screenshots, identity documents, or selfies; DeepNude does not collect them for age checks. The complaint and takedown route is public and does not require adult-service access: Content Removal Process or safety@deepnude.online. Production access remains gated by applicable regional law, written confirmation from the acquiring/payment institution for the actual merchant model, and correctly configured contracted providers. This notice does not say the service is lawful everywhere or remove DeepNude's own duties.

DeepNude exists for creative, fictional, adult-only AI content. These boundaries are absolute. They protect real people, our platform, and the community of legitimate users.

Zero-Tolerance Prohibitions

You may never create, submit, prompt, or attempt to generate content involving:

• Minors and Child Exploitation: Any depiction, reference, or suggestion of individuals under 18, Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), or child exploitation material. Suspected violations are blocked, preserved only as legally appropriate, escalated under our child-safety reporting procedure, and reported when required by applicable law.
• Non-Consensual Content: NCII, revenge porn, hidden camera footage, or any material featuring unwilling, coerced, blackmailed, or incapacitated persons.
• Real-Person Impersonation: Deepfakes, face swaps, identity copying, or unauthorized likenesses of any real person including celebrities and public figures.
• Sexual Violence and Illegal Acts: Rape, gore, bestiality, incest roleplay, trafficking, exploitation, or any depiction of illegal sexual conduct.
• Stolen or Infringing Materials: Copyrighted, trademarked, private, leaked, or stolen content you do not own or have permission to use.
• Platform Abuse: Malware, scraping, payment fraud, chargeback fraud, spam, credential attacks, or attempts to bypass safety, rate limits, or payment systems.

Moderation and Labels

We use automated and human moderation. Content may be flagged under labels including: minors/CSAM, NCII, real-person likeness, celebrity/public figure, DMCA/copyright, restricted keywords, unsafe sexual content, and fraud. Flagged content is reviewed and may result in removal, credit forfeiture, account suspension, or reporting.

The current generator accepts text prompts only. Reference images, file uploads, image-to-prompt uploads, video generation, Agent generation, and public user generations are disabled. Prompt checks run at each server entry point, after prompt transformation, and immediately before provider dispatch. Generated output is withheld unless the required output-safety review succeeds.

Adult content access requires a current server-validated age-assurance assertion where the service is offered. Self-declaration and payment do not replace age assurance. Missing provider credentials, provider outages, failed checks, and expired assertions fail closed.

User generations are private drafts. They are not a source for the public gallery, and a user or administrator cannot switch them to public. This privacy control does not prevent safety review, lawful preservation, or restriction after a report.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, use the Content Removal Process or email safety@deepnude.online. No login, purchase, or age check is required to report. Include the URL or generation ID and a description, but do not send intimate source files, full identity documents, or payment-card images. Suspected content involving a minor is handled as an emergency.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for what you create. Ignorance of these rules is not an excuse. When in doubt, do not generate it.
