This notice takes priority over any conflicting legacy feature description on this page. The current service is prompt-only text-to-image: it has no user-media upload, video generation, Agent workflow, or user public publishing. Every generation is a private draft.

Creating or downloading a generation, starting checkout, or accessing adult media requires a valid 18+ age-assurance result from a contracted third party. Do not send DeepNude credit-card screenshots, identity documents, or selfies; DeepNude does not collect them for age checks. The complaint and takedown route is public and does not require adult-service access: Content Removal Process or safety@deepnude.online. Production access remains gated by applicable regional law, written confirmation from the acquiring/payment institution for the actual merchant model, and correctly configured contracted providers. This notice does not say the service is lawful everywhere or remove DeepNude's own duties.

Welcome to DeepNude. These Terms of Service govern your use of deepnude.online. The current user-facing generator accepts text prompts for private AI image generation only. Legacy video, Agent, reference-media, upload, and image-to-prompt source code is disabled and is not an available service. We built this platform for creative, fictional adult expression in a private, consent-focused environment. By creating an account or accessing any service, you enter a binding agreement with us.

1. Your Age and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the age of majority in your jurisdiction. A checkbox, account, or payment card is not proof of age. Where adult features are available, you must complete server-validated age assurance through our contracted provider before access. If assurance is unavailable, pending, failed, or expired, adult access is denied. We may restrict unsupported jurisdictions, require reverification, terminate accounts suspected of underage access, and report severe safety issues where required.

2. Account and Private Workspace

Your account workspace is private. User-generated images and videos are private drafts by default and are not eligible for the public gallery. Public galleries use separately curated, site-controlled assets. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share access or allow unauthorized use.

3. User Content and Prohibited Conduct

You retain responsibility for everything you submit, prompt, or generate. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for content that harms real people or crosses legal boundaries. You agree never to create, submit, or attempt to generate:

• Any depiction, suggestion, or reference to minors, child exploitation, or CSAM.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), revenge porn, hidden camera content, or any material featuring unwilling, coerced, blackmailed, or incapacitated persons.
• Real-person impersonation, deepfakes, face swaps, identity copying, or unauthorized likenesses of celebrities or public figures.
• Sexual violence, gore, bestiality, incest roleplay, trafficking, exploitation, or illegal sexual conduct.
• Copyrighted, trademarked, private, leaked, or stolen materials you do not own or have permission to use.
• Malware, scraping, payment fraud, chargeback fraud, spam, credential attacks, or any attempt to bypass safety, rate limits, or payment systems.

We moderate prompts before and after any prompt enhancement, assert the policy again before provider dispatch, and review generated output before delivery. A moderation outage or missing required provider configuration blocks delivery. Violations may result in suspension, content restriction or removal, and reporting where required by applicable law and our reviewed child-safety procedure.

Consent Attestation

If a future feature asks for a consent or adult-status attestation, that statement is an additional safety record, not proof by itself and not a waiver of the depicted person's rights. It does not permit real-person impersonation, face swaps, public-figure likenesses, non-consensual content, or any other prohibited use. The platform's independent moderation and removal duties still apply.

4. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

Our platform may offer free credits, rewards, paid credits, starter packs, subscriptions, premium queues, and prepaid passes. All purchases are processed through checkout, card, marketplace, or subscription providers who apply their own verification, descriptor, refund, cancellation, dispute, chargeback, and fraud rules.

We believe in fairness. If you spend credits and our platform fails to deliver a generation due to a technical outage or if our moderation blocks the output, we may return or adjust credits in your account at our discretion. Contact support@deepnude.online for credit-related issues.

5. Features, Jurisdictions, and Availability

The current generator is prompt-only text-to-image. Video generation, Agent workflows, user reference media, uploads, image-to-prompt uploads, and public user generations are disabled by default. A future code or capability switch does not by itself make a feature available or compliant; restoration requires reviewed safety controls, provider terms, rights handling, and written launch approval.

Availability is controlled by a versioned jurisdiction matrix. Unknown and unreviewed regions are blocked. A payment-provider integration, successful transaction, or age result is not a legal opinion or a guarantee that a feature is lawful everywhere. Production availability remains subject to our age-assurance and output-moderation contracts, written acquiring-bank/card-network approval for the actual merchant model, and qualified legal review for each supported jurisdiction. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may modify, restrict, or discontinue features.

6. Reports and Removal

Anyone may report suspected minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, consent disputes, infringement, or other illegal or prohibited content without signing in or passing the adult-access gate. Do not submit intimate source files, identity documents, or payment-card images with a report. See our Content Removal Process. Valid urgent reports may cause immediate restriction while reviewed. We maintain case and audit records needed to investigate, prevent repeat harm, and meet legal obligations.

7. Intellectual Property

Our platform code, UI, and branding belong to us. To the extent applicable law recognizes rights in an eligible fictional AI-generated output, we do not claim those rights merely because you used the service. Rights may depend on your jurisdiction, the provider terms, and third-party rights. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and moderate your private draft only as needed to provide, secure, and comply with the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ends immediately.
