Our commitment to fair treatment when things go wrong. Understand when credits are returned, how refunds are evaluated, and your responsibilities.
We want every legitimate user to feel confident when purchasing credits, subscriptions, or premium access. This policy is built on fairness—protecting you from platform failures while protecting our platform from abuse.
If you spend credits on a generation and our platform fails to deliver the output due to a confirmed technical outage or server-side error, we will return or adjust credits in your account. If our automated moderation blocks a generation and the prompt or reference did not violate our Terms of Service or Safety Guidelines, we may credit the attempt back to you. Contact support@deepnude.online with details of the failed generation.
Credits consumed for successful generations are non-refundable. We do not refund purchases based on subjective dissatisfaction with AI output quality, change of mind, or failure to read feature descriptions. Accounts suspended for violating our prohibited content policies—including minors, NCII, real-person impersonation, or fraud—may lose access to promotional credits or remaining balances where permitted, and are generally ineligible for refunds.
If you believe a billing error occurred, contact us first at support@deepnude.online. We resolve most issues quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account restriction or termination while the dispute is reviewed. Chargeback fraud—disputing legitimate charges after receiving and using credits—will be contested with evidence.
Your payment is processed through checkout, card, marketplace, or subscription providers. They may apply their own refund, cancellation, and dispute resolution rules. Their decision on processor-level refunds is independent of our credit adjustment policy.
Email support@deepnude.online with your account email, order ID or generation ID, and a clear description of the issue. We respond to billing inquiries within a reasonable timeframe.
Trust and editorial links
Trust and support pages should help crawlers understand the product, not stand apart from it. These links route readers back to safety, editorial standards, and core visual workflows.
