DMCA / Авторское право: Контент, нарушающий ваши авторские права.
NCII / Интимные изображения без согласия: Контент, изображающий вас или лицо, которое вы законно представляете, без согласия.
Изображение реального человека: Несанкционированные дипфейки, замена лиц или имитация вас.
Несовершеннолетние / CSAM: Любой контент, связанный с несовершеннолетними или намекающий на них. Это передается властям.
Другие нарушения правил: Контент, нарушающий наши Правила безопасности или Условия использования.

Как подать запрос

Напишите на support@deepnude.online, указав:

Конкретный URL или ID генерации контента.
Адрес электронной почты вашей учетной записи и контактную информацию.
Четкое описание нарушения и ваше отношение к контенту (правообладатель, изображенное лицо, законный представитель).
Подтверждающие доказательства при их наличии (оригинальная работа, защищенная авторским правом, подтверждение личности, юридическое разрешение).

Апелляции

Если ваш контент был удален, и вы считаете, что удаление было ошибочным, вы можете подать апелляцию, написав на support@deepnude.online, приложив уведомление об удалении и основание для апелляции. Мы рассматриваем апелляции справедливо.

Наш процесс

Мы оперативно рассматриваем полные запросы. Обоснованные запросы на удаление приводят к удалению контента, а повторным нарушителям грозит прекращение действия учетной записи. Мы можем уведомить создателя контента, когда это уместно.
